2) Make the payment by bank transfer (data on the invoice)
3) Send a message using “Contact Us” on the website with the subject “Invoice Receipt” and attach both the invoice and the bank transfer receipt
How to request an Invoice
Please send a message using “Contact Us” on the website with the subject “Invoice Request” and, in the body of the message, the following details:
• Payer's name
• Payer's address
• Tax Identification Number (if applicable)
• Contact person / email address (if applicable)
• Specify the Item (e.g. Registration-Academic for Prof. John Smith)

Cancellation Policy
- Until May 2, 2026: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Until July 2, 2026: 60% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- After July 2, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be processed after August 16, 2026. Participants who do not attend the event and have not submitted a written cancellation request by the applicable deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
